Welcome to Paradis! Here are our rules:
2. Citizens may own private property bought from the government.
3. Stealing is not allowed.
4. Citizens must work 40 hours a week in order to earn full pay, which is $75 a week.
5. Tourists/citizens must pay $12 a month in order to have access to the public boats used for trade and transportation.
6. Half of the production goes to the government and the other half goes to the people.
7. Only minor alcohols are allowed.
8. Minor punishments are either serving community hours or being on probation.
9. In order to enter the activities, the contestant must be signed up.
10. In order to drive a golf cart, you must be 14 and up with a permit.

I think that this is a good set of rules to go by. I also like how you are half democracy and communist. I think this would work well.
